Return Process

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Europe.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
